Shipping

Overseas customers will be charged an extra $10.00 for shipping, except for our friendly neighbors in Canada. Canadian orders will be charged only an extra $5.00.

TAX ON ITEMS

If shipped within New York, tax will be 8.375%.

Items shipped outside of New York will not be taxed.

SALES TERMS

- All goods manufactured or supplied by us are subject to these conditions which override the purchasers' conditions.

- All orders imply, in their own right, on the part of the purchaser, compliance with our general conditions of sale, notwithstanding any stipulations to the contrary which might appear in his own general conditions of purchase, which will be deemed unwritten.

- Any departure from or modification to these conditions must be the subject of written agreement by us.

- Orders are subject to acceptance by us and may not be reduced or cancelled without our prior agreement.

- Agreed delivery times are given for information only any delay which occurs will not give the purchaser the right to request cancellation of the order, to refuse the merchandise or to claim damages.

- In the event of damage or missing items, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to institute any necessary proceedings and to formulate, in the manner and with the deadlines allowed by law, any claims and reserves as regards the carrier, and to inform us of them immediately.

Conditions:

- Payment by T/T swift before departure of goods.

Minimum amount of purchase: see price lists.

Return (whether for the purposes of exchange or inspection) are in all cases subject to our prior agreement.

- We will not be liable under any circumstances for any damage resulting from abnormal usage of our products or which is the fault of the user.

- The purchase, sale or use of our products implies knowledge of and regard for their characteristics and the conditions for their use.

- It is the responsibility of our customers to obtain full information on these matters, to take it into account and to ensure this information is passed on to the users. No modifications may be made to our products which are intended to be sold or used as supplied.
